Become a member of Community Arts Penicuik (CAP)
Community Arts Penicuik (CAP), a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO – SC054024) will seamlessly continue the work of the PCAA in community spaces throughout Penicuik.
We invite you to become members of Community Arts Penicuik (CAP), to help us continue to provide arts, craft, storytelling and music events.
CAP members will enjoy 10% discount on standard price tickets and will be eligible to exhibit in the new CAP exhibition space in Penicuik Storehouse.
How to purchase membership
Join our wonderful community of CAP members! We offer 2 levels of membership:
- Pay less is for those on a low income where paying the full fee would be difficult. Pay less membership costs £10 per year.
- Standard membership is £15 per year, and is for everybody else.

If you don’t like buying online, you can also become a CAP member by completing a paper form. Please click here to download a form to print out at home to fill in. Paper forms are available from the Storehouse on the High Street, and from Pen-y-Coe Press (7 Bridge Street). Completed forms with membership fees can be handed in at Pen-y-Coe Press.
The CAP membership year runs from 1st April until 31st March.
New members joining after 1 December 2025 are able to hold their membership through to 1 April 2027. They will have the option to renew sooner, on 1 April 2026, for those who feel able to give CAP extra support this year.
