Join our wonderful community of PCAA members! We offer 2 levels of membership:
- Pay Less is for those on a low income where paying the full fee would be difficult. Pay Less membership costs £10 per year.
- Standard membership is £15 per year and is for everybody else.

Buy or renew your membership in the Gallery Café
- You can also become a PCAA member by completing a paper form. Please click here to download a form to print out at home, or a paper form is available from the Gallery café, 4 West Street, Penicuik, EH26 9DL, and handing it to café staff with your subscription fee.
Renewals
The current PCAA membership year runs from 1st April 2024 until 31st March 2025. We would be very grateful if members could renew promptly for the new membership year.
Existing members renewing for the current membership year (2024-2025) any time between 1st April 2024 and 31st March 2025 are due to pay the next year’s membership on 1st April 2025.
New members joining before 1st December 2024 are due to renew on 1st April 2025.
New members joining on or after 1st December 2024 are able to hold their membership through to 1st April 2026, but are invited to renew again on 1st April 2025 to support the PCAA.
Members’ benefits
PCAA members receive a members-only newsletter once a quarter. The newsletter often contains news of members and their creative activity, as well as a glimpse of events and exhibitions that the committee is planning, news of the café and craft cooperatives, community projects and news about the building.
In addition, the PCAA committee offers a free social/entertainment event once a year for members only (and their families and friends).
